RETURN & EXCHANGE
Upon inspection and approval, Store Credit will be provided, no refunds.
If you would like an exchange, please submit your order again.
Your returned item must arrive at our FOKKA return address (indicate below) no later than 14 days after your delivery date. We recommend that you arrange your return within 7 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives at our FOKKA return address within 14 days.
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
- When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
- If an item has a security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
- Beauty and cosmetic products must be returned unopened and unused, with the seals of any packaging still intact.
- All on sale items, hosiery, socks, lingerie, innerwear, caps/hats and swimwear items are non-returnable.
- Jewellery must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.
- If you would like an exchange due to defect, it must be requested within 7 days of delivery indicated by the customer’s tracking number provided. FOKKA.com will not accept any returned merchandise without any written communication via email.
Goods are applicable for exchanges provided that the Merchandise is still in “Sellable Condition”.The decision as to whether the Merchandise is in “Sellable Condition” remains within Fokka's sole discretion and its decision shall be final.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
RETURN PROCEDURE:
1. Complete the return form included in your order and securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package. NOTE: When returning footwear, do not use your shoe box as your shipping box.
2. Place the return form from your original invoice on the outside of your package, along with your customs document, to expedite delivery.

FOKKA.com does not accept or assume any responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods whilst in transit from the customer. It is therefore strongly recommended customers use a reputable form of logistics with a tracking number.
CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is placed, the sale is final and cannot be altered or canceled.
If customer fails to accept delivery (Failed Delivery Attempts, Refused by Recipient), the parcel will automatically ship back to FOKKA and the return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. The cost of return shipping is $150 HKD (flat rate). For processing purposes, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your order.
FOKKA reserves the right to make the final decision on all cases.
